Kaplan is a leading provider of professional qualifications and business training in the UK and Asia Pacific. As a part of their student recruitment strategy KAPLAN advertised on the radio and asked interested parties to text in if they would like further information on the courses they offer.

Creative Telecoms provided Inbound SMS short code services allowing the potential students to receive relevant course information by texting a code advertised on the radio station. There were a number of different radio advertisements for different degree courses utilising the same short code but a different key word, this allowed Kaplan to differentiate the inbound text and to supply the correct course information

One of Kaplan goals is to provide excellent customer service and as an educational body create a caring and respectful environment. Therefore all enrolled students received a "Good Luck" text message just before their exams. It reinforced the idea of a considerate and helpful college.
