Voicemail to Email (V2E)
This service allows you to capture data, you can request the caller to either record voice or enter information using the telephone keypad (DTMF).
It can be used in conjunction with IVR or any other routing plan for in hours and out of hours voicemail.

Once a number has been allocated and the service selected, you can specify the email addresses of where you would like the information collected during the call to be sent once the call has been completed. Any audio information is attached to the email as a wav file and the details including the callers number are also contained within the body of the mail.
