Number Porting

When Creative Telecoms were approached by Optima Direct a subsidiary of WAVV Rapp Collins to help bring some order to there and their client telecoms needs. Optima & their clients had taken numbers from any number of operators; however the different operators had different levels of intelligent networks and reporting with some have none at all.

Creative Telecoms set about porting some 150 numbers from up to 8 carriers; bringing all of the numbers on to one platform and providing reporting form one source.

This also allowed a quick turnaround time for any intelligent network requirements on the ported numbers and greatly reduced the time spent each day on quantifying the market response and matching this to the figures supplied by the call centres working on the account.
